Naked Palette Dupe for £6.50!

I've recently found a really good Naked palette dupe that is such good value for money and has the exact same shades as the Naked 1 pallet. It's called "W7 Lightly toasted." I actually bought mine from Amazon for £6.50 then had to pay a few more pounds for postage. The Naked palette is £38 so you save quite alot of money. The pigments of the shadows are so amazing and every single one stays on with or without a primer. The palette is a good size and depth and lasts a few months (obviously depending on how often you use them). The only faults I could find are that the palette has no mirror on the inside, but that's not really a problem as you can use a handheld mirror instead.  This is my first time buying from the W7 brand but i'd definitely buy from them again in the future if they're product quality is the same as this!

I'm back & Co-blogging :)

I've basically neglected this blog for months just because of my university workload, exams and coursework and all the rest!! But i finally feel like i've got everything together now and i'm back on to blogging and should be doing posts more often.

Acai Bowl

Recently I've been looking at healthy snack recipes, getting bored of the same old smoothie recipes and I stumbled across an Acai bowl (basically just a bunch of fruit blended up topped with granola and more fruits). So here is the recipe I tried which was make shift because I didn't have all the ingredients.



To make this Acai bowl I used;

- Handful frozen raspberries
- Handful frozen strawberries
- Handful of blackberries
- 1/2 banana
- 1 table spoon of ground organic flaxseed
- 1 cup almond milk
- Granola


Method ;

I blended all the ingredients together in a blender for about 1 minute and then poured the contents out into a bowl, added granola and some honey to make it taste even better, and voila you have yourself a quick healthy snack. What's your favourite healthy snack?
